- Prepare and process AWB, MAWB, HAWB, and other air export documents.
- Submit ASI (Air Shipment Instruction) and prepare Gate Pass.
- Prepare the Final Handover Set for shipments.
- Submit E-AWB (Electronic Airway Bill) for digital processing.
- Coordinate with customers for smooth shipment clearance.
- Communicate shipment status and resolve issues promptly.
- Work with airlines for carting and proper cargo handling.
- Arrange booking amendments and documentation updates.
- Prepare and issue accurate invoices with correct details.
- Manage airline space reservations for optimal routing.
- Maintain strong English communication skills for coordination.
Qualification – Graduate/ MBA
