- Make bookings with the airline and notify the same to the airline promptly.
- Coordinate effectively with customers, airlines, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Track shipments and provide timely updates to customers on the status of their shipments.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns professionally, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to bookings, shipments, and customer communication.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in air export booking.
- Strong knowledge of airline booking procedures.
